Each year we reclaim thousands of tires from landfills to give them new life through sustainable solutions that integrate into our daily lives: public buildings, multi-family dwellings, tractor trailers. fitness centers. college campuses, international sporting events, and industrial applications. Tires, while essential for mobility, present a significant environmental challenge.

On the road, they wear down or sustain irreparable damage, but in the environment, they can last forever. They are non-biodegradable, unable to be compacted like other materials, and retain their original shape, making them one of the most problematic sources of waste.

In addition to our dedication to tire recycling, we highlight the following five key characteristics of this process and its positive environmental impact:

  • Reduction of CO2 Emissions: Tire recycling significantly reduces carbon dioxide emissions by avoiding the need to produce new materials from virgin resources.
  • Conservation of Natural Resources: By recycling tires, we reduce the extraction of natural resources such as rubber and oil, contributing to the preservation of these limited resources.
  • Fire Prevention: Discarded tires in landfills are highly flammable and can cause fires that are difficult to extinguish. Recycling them reduces the risk of landfill fires and their severe environmental.
  • Prevention of Water and Soil Contamination: Abandoned tires can leach harmful chemicals into the soil and water sources. Our recycling process ensures these materials are safely reused, preventing contamination.
  • Promotion of the Circular Economy: By transforming used tires into new products, we support the circular.

OUR RUBBER PRODUCTS

The recycled rubber content in our products ranges from 20% to 100%. Below, we outline the process by which we obtain our recycled raw materials.

Process of Obtaining Raw Material from Used Tires:

Ground tire rubber is obtained through the recycling of used tires. Here’s a general overview of the process:

Collection of Used Tires: Discarded tires are collected from workshops, recycling centers. and other designated locations.

Dismantling: The tires are removed from the wheels, eliminating the metal rims and other unwanted components.

Initial Shredding: The tires are cut into smaller pieces using industrial shredders, reducing their size to manageable fragments.

Granulation: The fragments are ground into finer particles using mills, with the process involving several stages of shredding to achieve the desired particle size.

Material Separation: Additional processes, such as magnetic separation. are used to remove any metal remnants and other contaminants from the ground rubber.

Screening and Classification: The shredded material is screened to classify it into different sizes and qualities, depending on its intended final use.

Ground tire rubber has various applications, such as in the production of asphalt for pavements, sports surfaces, recycled rubber products, and more.bber content in our products ranges from 20% to 100%. Below, we outline the process by which we obtain our recycled raw materials. Each year, we use thousands of used tires that we convert into raw material: otherwise, these tires would be burned, releasing large amounts of pollutants, or they would be stored and take hundreds of years to decompose.

OUR PVC PRODUCTS

In all our products, we use recycled materials from reprocessing, with the recycled content ranging from 20% to 100%. We recycle all process waste and incorporate it into our products, avoiding waste and maximizing the use of materials to their full potential.
